Cooking Instructions:
Pan Fry: Warm butter or oil in a pan at medium heat and add crab cake. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375F. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, turning once halfway.
