Scallops are wild-caught from Maine, the U.S.A. arriving fresh multiple times per week. Scallops have a similar taste to crab or lobster with a delicate texture. They are sweet, buttery, and delicious. They fry, grill or bake very easily and are often wrapped with bacon just as we do with our oven-ready varieties.

Clarified butter is butter with all the solids removed. Great for searing fish or scallops at high temperatures. Also great served melted with lobster, shrimp, and crab. 100g, sold per piece.
